Hi all, as suggested by Voo Min Khi, I have posted this in this - TopicsExpress

Hi all, as suggested by Voo Min Khi, I have posted this in this group. This link will bring you to my Google drive. It contains videos of the TaiChi Shibashi (18 forms/Styles) and also two documents explaining Part I and Part II in written format. You will need to download them on to you computer and play them because they cant be played online, neither can they be uploaded to FB because they exceed 24MB which is FB max file size limitation. This material will benefit those who likes to explore one of many branches of Traditional Chinese Qigong called Shibashi for self healing. The instructor in the video is the actual original creator and master of this school of Qigong. To achieve long term benefits, practise it routinely, calmly, without a full/empty stomach or tiredness. Never practise Qigong in a rush because your time is limited. It is better to wait until you got optimal time. Best to schedule your daily routines in a manner you got a fixed time slot for the practice. Watch the Introduction video to have an idea of what it is and its applications. Can skip the warm up video if you want. Start practising Part I. Once become proficient with Part I, then proceed to Part II. The other parts are optional. Just Part I & II is sufficient to bring you good health for a lifetime if practised routinely without fail. Not all people with ill health can benefit from conventional medicine or herbal medicine due to various reasons. However, self healing qigong is highly cost effective and rarely has side effects or contraindication with medicines. If your health is too weak to do movement qigong, practise meditation until your health is better. There are many other self healing therapies and if they work well for you, carry on with them and dont give it up to take up new ones. A rolling stone gathers no moss. Best wishes in your new venture if you had not practise this before.
