Hi everybody. Its time to make a serious post so please bear with me, as Ill be typing a lot. This is going to be a public post, so no names or links to these people that have said these things will be posted. My current issue that Ill be posting about it some stuff thats been popping up in my newsfeed far too frequently -- Muslim hate. These come in a variety of degrees but mostly theyve been to a really negative degree. Now if theres one thing Ive learned from my boyfriend, its do not hate people, because its not karmically good for you (bless you, darling. Hes a Christian/Buddhist for those who dont know.) Im not hating on anybody here, just expressing my opinion (even if I personally may find some of what Im talking about repulsive.) Im entirely aware of whats been happening with the ISIS beheading people and sending videos out onto the internet. I know that some of the ISIS claim to be Muslim because ISIS stands for Islamic State of Iraq and Syria. I know that some of the wars that are happening overseas are because people throw the word Muslim and associate it with terrorist and find the need to throw fuel onto the flames, because they want to make profit from the war. Im a non-practicing Muslim, which means I dont wear a hijab, or go to the Mosque. I dont participate any holidays, or fast according to certain schedules. I consider myself far more spiritual as opposed to religious, and Im a far more believer in science (Darwinism, to say at the minimum, is what I believe in.) Regardless, Im going to make this post because most family members of mine (that I know of) are Muslim. And Im also friends with many Muslim people. I think its truly disgusting that people find it okay to refer to Allah as a womans name and that Prophet Muhammed is to be f*cked, that he isnt important. Allah, who has 99 names, is also known as al-Waddud, which means the Loving, not the hateful. I have never met anybody with a name even remotely similar to Allah, let alone met somebody with the name Allah. Muhammed is the MOST popular name in the world, including all 14 different versions of it. Isnt the entire basis of religion to be respectful and peaceful and to love everybody regardless of what they believe in? The word Islam is derived from a word that means peace, not lets go kill and hate everybody because theyre not one that believe in the same God as us. I find it disgusting that many people find it okay to deport someone because in their own eyes, they dont like someone based on their religion. Many people that say stuff like this usually have little-to-no understanding the religion theyre poking at. What even is an extremist? Everybodys definition is far different from what they think it really means. Im considered an animal rights extremist because I encourage peace and dont believe in the slaughter of innocent animals. Imagine how silly it would look if people said to deport all animal rights extremists because somebody was offended about me speaking out about the events that have been going on. I hate when people think because somebody has their skin color a specific hue that theyre automatically a certain religion. Which is false. Many that meet me believe because I have such pale skin and my family is mostly from Europe, that Im automatically a Christian. Im not. Im referring to the video share saying Muslim Beats Dutch Girl. Interesting that what type of girl she is was kept but what type of supposed Muslim he was and where he was from wasnt shared. Like Christianity, there are several types of Muslim. Im not saying beating up people is right, but the fact that the video is circulating the internet WITHOUT the back story behind is stupid, and shows exactly that media is twisting things out of context. I think people that say f*ck this religion because they dont know anything about it is proof that theyre uneducated about their own religion. I havent read a Bible, nor have I ever read a Quran, or any other sort of real religious book. But I do know that in the New International Version Bible, John 13:34, says, “A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. And in the Quran , Allah is said to love those who do good deeds (2:195), those who are pure (2:222), and those who are righteous (9:7). So if youre a Christian, dont you think you should know about this stuff already? To love thy neighbor ..? In the Bible, Im pretty sure it doesnt say love thy neighbor. Unless theyre Muslim. Then dont love them. So honestly, theres no excuse for this. Continuing on, Im hoping, for the most part, people will open their eyes and understand that if you consider yourself a true Christian or believer of God, that you dont go verbally attacking people because of some stuff you read that was twisted to the advantage of the opposing team by the mass media for their advantage.
