Hi , my name is Dee and I am a cast Iron hoarder. It has been 3 days since I made my last cast iron purchase. Today my husband is hanging another bar on the wall for my skillets. I cleaned the closet out yesterday and found 3 pieces of cast iron I forgot I had. Dutch ovens cornbread and muffin pans clutter my small kitchen. My family says if I admit I have a skillet problem I can move on..........to griddles.
