In order to achieve overall sales targest, the incumbent requires extensive product knowledge. In addition, the jobholder will be responsible for monitoring sales on periodic basis. Other responsibilities include working with managers to continue to find new business, as well as convincing clients to acquire Riyad Bank’s products / services. Principal Accountabilities: 1- Assist the department manager in developing and implementing the departmental objectives and strategies. 2- Assist the team in achieving periodic revenue and quality measurement targets. 3- Meet / exceed periodic sales targets as set by Manager. 4- Ability to travel domestically in all regions. 5- Follow-up on leads / referralls so that every sales opportunity is translated into revenue. 6- Effectively manage relationships with existing customers and assist with post-sales activities. 7- Develop periodic sales MIS and timely submit to Senior Management. 8- Abide by all the SLAs with customers, internal departments and assist Manager in developing new SLAs. 9- Ensure that services listed in SLAs are timely measured and reported to the concerned parties as per the agreed service standards. 10- Keep abreast of market conditions with regard to new products, pricing, and their associated delivery channels. 11- Ensure that customers receive quality service at all times. 12- The Jobholder is required to follow any additional instructions provided by his Manager within or in relation to the scope of his work. As a member of the team he will also take the responsibility for: Promoting good business ethics within the Business Unit.
