Friday, Nov., 28th- AM 8x 5 min cycles( 4 min @ 20 spm/ 1 min rest) Saturday, Nov., 29th- AM- 8 x 5 min cycles( 1 min up, 2 ½ min down, 30 sec up, 1 min rest) Sunday,Nov., 30th- same as Saturday
