Human Resources Consultant CU Solutions Group, Livonia CU Solutions Group is seeking a human resources consultant for its HR Performance Solutions division in Livonia. The qualified candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and performing training-focused consulting programs for the 850 companies that use Performance Pro, an employee performance appraisal application. The essential duties of this position represent a blend between performing user training for Performance Pro users and more advanced performance management training – leveraging Performance Pro as a key tool. This position will also provide input for improving the several two-minute training videos that are currently in production and for managing design materials, which include audio-visual aids, manuals, workbooks, and scripts. Other responsibilities include the preparation of the training budget, training activity reporting, and overseeing HR Performance Solutions’ approach to the marketing of training services.
