Hydration ! Critical to your success . Sue Ling Yip shares. I also want to add that yes we need lots of water but remember to keep a healthy balance between water , Sodium and Potassium. Critical to adrenal health, energy, strength, stamina, fat loss and fluid balance. I am a fan of sea salt as it is mineral rich. Stay away from processed salt. This is also critical if you have a show coming up and you are planning to reduce or cut water to dry out. Keep sodium in until a couple of days before then eliminate. Dont cut longer than this! Please also never cut your water longer than 12-18 hours tops. Also..not every body or category needs to cut water. It depends on how you look. If aint broke then dont fix it. #doitright #ripped with water.
