I absolutely LOVE my PiYO sliders to get a great leg, core, butt, arm WELL all over workout! But if you dont have them just use some paper plates! They work the EXACT same! Start by getting in a plank position and putting your toes in the middle of the plate. For the first move keep your core tight and slide your right leg under your core and thru to the other side, repeat left side. Do that for a minute! Next start back in plank and pull your knees up to your chest while holding your core tight again and slide back. Repeat for a minute!
