I am full of a lot of love... BUT, there are times that infuriate me to a point that I question where that love has drifted to, wondering how the hell our world, and systems, have gotten to where they have today, or more accurately, how they were ever how they are. Ive chosen to be a Yoga Therapist, to work with trauma and help bring an accessibility to the healing process for folks through yoga and mindfulness. Ive myself gone through trauma, and have healed and worked through much of it, even still, remnants come at times. Ive experienced the healing the work Im doing can provide. To witness, and be apart of, how human beings actually have to fit into a definition that has been made up by other humans, in order to get the necessary help they need is beyond my capacity to understand at this moment. Our government, medical system, social justice system, etc. etc. etc. needs some serious change, love and reconditioning. Im on fire tonight. Whew, I think I may need to step out in the rain for a bit. Feeling you all tonight my brothers and sisters! Oh, and thanks for the platform to rant on FB. Social media is another system in itself... oh the bitter/sweetness.
