I am so happy to report Charity has been fever free for 24 hours! I am thrilled Charity didnt have anything concerning happen that required medical care or guidance that we couldnt take care of ourselves at home!! I am relieved Charitys blood sugars have improved a little with her new mito cocktail mix, but her body proved yesterday that she needs to remain on continuous feeds for now. Tomorrow we will see if Charitys tummy can tolerate corn starch to keep her blood sugars more stable (when we tried it in August, she had terrible acidic diarrhea). And tomorrow we hope to get the results of Charitys liver function labs (has been significantly elevated for almost a year) and pancreatic elastese testing.
