I am thankful that there is still a remnant in our government who are praying for the Christian Church through out the whole world. I believe Rand has been given wisdom from above to both protect the Church of God first and our country second. In reality his wisdom is a win win for the self-interests of the United States. If America believes it has to go to war to be the worlds policeman, she has lost trust and confidence in God. Sen. Rand Paul mentioned that the Christians in Syria are willing to die for the name of Christ; and I add as did the early church fathers. But America always uses that as the excuse to motivate us to go to war in the name of righteousness. Never do we consider that the Christians willingly dying for the name of Christ is what God chooses to use to covert radical Muslims to faith in Jesus Christ. It is Americas presence that is grieving and quenching the Holy Spirit from working salvation in the midst of that terror. For this God will turn His anger as He has already towards our nation.
