I appreciate everyones support. The number 1 question that I am receiving is What is your specialty? So here is my response: I run a general solo practice. There is a reason I went into private practice on my own...and that is because I want to take the cases that I choose...I dont want to limit myself to whom I can help, with the skills that I have been blessed with, by choosing only 1 or 2 areas to practice in. I spent my law school career working in different practice areas and studying all subjects of the law. My last year of law school I worked as a Rule 13 Intern, prosecuting criminal cases for Jackson County, Missouri, essentially living in the courtroom. I will review any case that is referred to my office and determine if I am the right attorney for the job, or if I can refer you to someone better suited for that particular case. However, generally speaking, I practice in the areas of Criminal Defense, Traffic tickets, DUI, Chemical Refusals, Personal Injury and Family law. Please never hesitate to call me. I answer my phone whenever possible, regardless of what time it is, and I offer evening and weekend appointments to make myself available to those who cannot get away from work.
