I bought a Vizio tv awhile back. I unplugged it, moved it to dust underneath. I also dusted it. I plug it back in and get a dark blue screen. I bought it at Costco, great place to buy a tv. Service is the best. It was determined by powering back up, something said nope i am not going to work. So the parts not in stock. They give me a new tv instead. All fine right? Well they give me a superseded remote with new tv and delivery guys took new manual. So on hold for an hr with Vizio. Oh. There is manual in tv settings shows old remote not new one. She said they dont have a manual they can send me for remote and also there is no online info on it either...so lets supersede something and let consumer figure it out. She put me on hold a few times to tell me she cant answer where i can read info on new remote.....
