I bought the Lodge, cast iron Wok yesterday. I have always wanted a good Wok. After 1 use I am sold. It took about 10 minutes to heat up, but supplied a really hot, even heat. The Stir Fry took about 3 minutes. A piece of baked cod w/ lemon butter and smoked paprika. The stir fry was Veggies and Wheat berries. I got the wheat berries at DeKalb Farmers Market. Been doing a lot of messing with whole grains lately. The rye berries were good, but so far, Farrow is my favorite.(other than Wild Rice) I need a good stir fry cookbook with Chinese marinade and sauce recipes. Any one know of a good one?
