I disagree Witnesses are not required in the investigation in aid of legislation because the Blue Ribbon Committee is not a court to hear and try cases. People who are invited in this kind of inquiry are called resource person but not a witness. The problem with the mob is that they are always twisting the rules through the media, akin to a trial by publicity just to gain advantage in destroying someones reputation especially if the latter is a probable leader of this country who is antagonistic to their group. Documents consisting of the cost of the labor and materials of the completed building together with the sworn statement of a credible and independent resource person are the best proofs in determining whether there was an overpricing or not. But the idea of inviting a resource person who is a politician allied or not to the Vice President will certainly induced an undue influence to the investigation making the inquiry a MORO MORO. Look at his Family name, TULFO - a combination of TOOL & FOE. Tool is an instrument or device, FOE is an enemy or opponent. THE GUY IS FANTASTIC!
