I feel sick... I was driving home just now after picking my daughters friend up for a sleep over. As I was driving there was a 20mth old Eastern Grey hopping up the highway. I slowed right down so I could see if it was going to jump in front of my car. A big tanker truck come flying up over the hill & slowed down behind my car... Then I seen him start to try and overtake me.. & run over the Kangaroo. I drove over to that side to slow him down & prevent him killing this innocent animal. My daughter was yelling in the back seat & hitting the window for him to stop. He put his high beams on & I had no choice but to pull back over 😫 before he rammed my car. He sped off with the Kangaroo in his sight. Thank GOD the Kangaroo hopped onto my lane. Then he went back onto the other lane & hopped past us. I sped around to make sure he got off the road. We couldnt find him. My legs were shaking & I felt nauseas. Tears flowed from my eyes. How could he be so cruel? To not even think if there were children in the car let alone kill another being. Sometimes I dont want to live in this world. I dont understand it. On a brighter note... We saved a Kangaroo tonight.
