I got to hold Kevin Benjamin today!!!!!! Skin to skin contact. He had a couple of brady/de sat episodes, but not bad. And he loved it! I was super mean and put some milk in his mouth and he spent about 15 minutes looking for the source. It was awesome!!! Hes still super tiny, only 2 lbs right now, but it felt so wonderful. 26 days after birth and I got to hold one. Hopefully Coraline in a few days. Were having some labs done to make sure she isnt early sepsis and to make sure her PDA isnt open. (hole in the heart) So a much better day. The best one yet! 25 stressful horrid days and finally there is a ray of sunshine here! I cant wait to have them home with us.
