I had great plans for tonight. Its my wifes Birthday. I was planning a great meal, one of Gracies favorites....Grilled Cajun Salmon w/ Raspberry Chipotle Sauce. You wont find it in recipe books, its my own creation...As I was preparing dinner, I went out to light the grill...Rain pouring down in sheets...the rain was coming down so hard, you couldnt see across the golf course....and then I came back a couple of minutes later to adjust the heat, and lo and behold...theres no flames...I ran out of Gas....!!!!....Things are starting to look disastrous...being the ingenious man my wife married, I got the salmon prepared and wrapped it in a large foil packet which I baked in the oven....The salmon was cooked perfectly and I served it with a wilted Spinach Salad with a hot bacon dressing...Dessert consisted of Cookies and Cream Ice Cream with Chocolate Sauce and a Lemon Bar...All in all, it was a great evening. Gracie has reached her sixth double digit age and we both look forward to many, many more...I Love You Gracie...!!!
