I had the opportunity to take a Boat ride around Anderson Island late this afternoon and filmed four or more Tribal Vessels diving for Goeyducks and we filmed a large group of Seals resting on the north side of Eagle Island. On our return trip to Oro Bay we encountered a swarm of Seagulls and Sea Birds off the Rivera Marina so we slowed down and stopped and observed what appeared to be an ORCA off in the distance. We had sighted approximately (4) Orcas (Whales) on Monday which later headed north and later were observed off Fox Island. We thought they had left our area but apparently they returned today. With the engine off, the Whales headed right for our Boat and dove under our vessel and headed north. What an exciting encounter, later six to eight Whales circled our Boat then headed north again.
