I hate groupon. Everything about the concept. Have never found a company I like through groupon, well take that back Hobe meats has a great deal, but that is only one company. If you are going to post something up as a DEAL please dont make it about paying more to get what I originally thought I was getting. Like paying for a whole home air duct cleaning service that ends up not being our entire home....says it is up to 3000sq ft and we are below that. The guy literally took 10 min pulled a vent off and put a vacuum hose in and sat and explained how if we didnt pay an extra $200 today then it really was not doing anything. Out of principle I would not have paid him another $5 because he was a total bait and switch. I find myself in this same black hole about once every 18 months and SWEAR I will never buy anything again, but this time I mean it. If you are a business who puts offers on these sites please do what YOU say YOU will do. I get you are trying to get business, and I am a VERY loyal customer when I find someone I love. How about you follow through on your first promise and do a good job before you try sucking more cash out of me. I will pay more to do business with an honest company. Cheers to the ahole who charged us $50 to shove a shop vac hose up one vent! WTF is that supposed to do?! Anyone have a good air duct cleaning company (that preferably is locally owned and does not have annoying commercials on TV or fill my mailbox with coupons)? I just want them to make sure we are not all going to die from inhaling construction dust....is that so wrong??
