I have a copy of the results from the ultrasound I had several weeks ago..... FINDINS: Liver: The liver is normal in size and echogenicity. No focal heptic lesion. Portal venous flow in patent and hepatopetal in direction. Gallbladder: Gallbladder is unremarkable without stones or sludge. No wall thickening or percholecystic fluid. No intra/extrahepatic biliary ductal dilation. Common bile duct is mildly prominent in calibur measuring 5 mm. Pancreas: The pancreas is not well visualized due to shadowing bowel gas. Aorta: The visualized abdominal aorta is non-aneurysmal. IVC: Unremarkable. Spleen: Unremarkable, measuring up to 9.7 cm. Kidneys: Unremarkable, no hydronrphrosis. Right kidney measures 9.9 cm and left kidney measures 9.5 cm. Impression: 1. There is mild prominence of the common bile duct measuring 5 mm. Correlation with laboratory values is recommended. 2. No gallstones or ultrasound evidence of acute cholecystitis. 3. Otherwise unremarkable abdominal ultrasound.
