I have just sent this email to Jeremy Wade (River Monsters). To Discovery Channel, Icon film studio, 3 fanmail email addresses, and 6 facebook pages. Fingers crossed for a response and some support! Hi My name is Cassandra Garoffolo. I am from Perth, Western Australia. Im wondering what Jeremys opinion on our Premier, Colin Barnett having drum lines placed and a catch and kill order issued on our sharks is, and if he is willing to help us by voicing his opinion. As big fans of River Monsters and Jeremys work in general, both my husband and I understand perfectly well his beliefs on Apex predators and there right and need to be protected. I would appreciate more than words can explain if Jeremy were to voice his opinion to the public and to Premier Colin Barnett. He may be the key to our government reversing its extreme descicion. We have some fantastic pages on Facebook actively raising awareness to this issue and have already had several large celebrities (like Ricky Gervais) showing there support for the vast majority of West Australians that are against this travesty.
