Is this Public or Private, about providing justice, or generating revenue?”~ Paul Rowe ____________________________________________________ 3)~ My own (David Bryson): Your Honor, I have recently become aware that a fraud is being perpetrated, a fraud that involves the use of my name and to which I did not agree nor ever give my consent. This Name Fraud has being going on since my Mother was asked to register me at birth and by doing so, and without disclosure, unknowingly created a corporate legal entity, a fictional Strawman, which is the only way that the state and any other corporate entity is able to establish jurisdiction and lawfully contract with me, the flesh and blood, ensouled man. I do not consent to this and neither have I agreed at any time to enter into commercial contract with the state or any other corporate entity. I would be dishonoring my own conscience, which I believe is the Voice of God in my Soul, by participating in this Name Fraud, so I must refuse my willfull cooperation because it is better to dishonor a fraud than to dishonor God.
