I have to admit to slightly mixed feelings about the new Ban Bossy campaign, as politically incorrect as that might sound for this old bleeding heart liberal. On the one hand, I certainly agree with the concept that we shouldnt call little girls bossy when we would not apply that term to a little boy who demonstrated leadership skills. On the other hand, bossiness is a characteristic exhibited by nearly every woman in my family, going back (and forward) a long time...and honestly, I am pretty proud of it. It has served us well, and we get stuff done. Am I right, Tina Fey, AKA Bossypants?
