I havent been a fan of what is happening right now in New York, with all the new luxury condos, hi rises, demolishing of old buildings that have been there for many of years in NYC ...The landscape is changing very fast. Williamsburg is about to become the next meatpacking district. All the places Ive had good times at are vanishing. Ive been seeing it quite alot lately when walking around the city and in brooklyn. Its such a shame. Rents are just outrageous. Those Mom and Pop places you knew cant afford the rent. Pushed out of their lease. I love this city more than anything, but its colors which made it so special for me are starting to slowly disappear. Im sure alot of my friends feel the same.
