I learned another interesting history lesson tonight for all of my Hanover natives. The Hanover Lancers was the longest and oldest operating corps in the world from 1920- 83. Tonight was cool to see people young and old enjoying great music old school style. Its a shame there was only four high school marching bands competing in Spring Grove this evening. It seems these days that art programs take the hit when it comes to support, especially music. I dont think any of us could enjoy a world without music. Just a thought to end the night.
