I need someone I can call a few days in advance when I know I will need someone to watch my kids for 3-4 hours at a time. Prob. about once a week. I would love it if it was someone who lives in Genoa or really close by. My kids are almost 4 (boy) and almost 5 (girl) ..... they are crazy and attached to my hip... my son shows a lot of signs of autism and is not too easy to understand when he talks.... This is why I need someone who I can really trust and that will actually take the time to do things with the kids while they are with you. I am not so much looking for someone who watches a bunch of kids at a time, but someone that they eventually would be able to connect with them and just make them happy. I would like to be able to come meet with you and bring my kids along at the time as well, just so we both can see it would be a good fit in advance. ty
