I originally created this page to vent my frustrations about the paranormal community - pointing out mistakes, misidentification, issues with methodology and procedures, bad evidence, useless equipment and so on...and I did so with a bit of an attitude (to say the least). Yeah, I know...I still do. In the beginning, I was a bit harsh - especially in my videos. Along the way, as the page grew and Ive connected with more enthusiasts on both sides (believers & skeptics) and Ive learned as much as Ive taught. Ive learned how to better engage those with opposing viewpoints & opinions, and communicate valid, evidence-based information. Ive learned how to provide detailed analysis of what is presented as paranormal evidence to those that do not have an adequate understanding of photography or the devices they use. Ive developed my skills in critical thinking and engaging in discussions while avoiding common logical fallacies. I base my work, investigations, and research on facts, opinions expressed by professionals (not ghost hunters) in the respective fields, and my own knowledge & experience. I wont bullshit you, I just tell it like I see it - which means I follow the data to a logical conclusion. I dont start with a conclusion and only look for data that supports it. My goal is not to make you believe something, my goal is get you to think deeper, more critically about paranormal & anomalous claims, and the evidence presented for these claims. Id like to see more groups look beyond the surface of perceived paranormal claims, and ask more questions, be more curious - rather than accepting anecdotes at face value. If you have questions, or would like a different set of eyes to look at your evidence...feel free to ask me. As many would attest to, Im very approachable and willing to help when I can. Youll get an honest answer.
