I remember @__cvrter24 sending me a picture thats in this slideshow, we was at Fridays and I told her that would be my before picture ...it IS my before picture, one of many but I can see and remember all of the unhappiness that flowed in my body, the tears, the praying to feel an ounce of happiness again. Two years now Ive been on my weight loss journey, Ive found my happiness within myself and Im still to this day learned more about myself, ready to dig more into my soul to be the woman I know God created me to be. Its not too often you can find your passion in life but on my self journey as Im calling it, Ive found that helping people is my calling. Through health coaching, personal training, motivational speaking, writer and just being ME...Im confident I will impact even MORE lives. You dont have to accept your reality for what it is, once you change your mindset...you will change your life. Love yourself, ACT like you love yourself and dont allow others to take advantage of you just because you are plus size!!!! Ive been there, I know the self battle with confidence and feeling like the world is throwing shade ! Get it right NOW. Im humbled every time someone gets encouraged to take back their life after seeing my pictures or even tell me how much I motivate them. I did not think me sharing my story would motivate anyone so its humbling and Ill continue doing what I do. God doesnt make mistakes, I was obese for a reason and now Im walking in my season of favor be blessed #blessed #exFATgirl #fitness #goaldigger
