I started the day with a beach workout with this beauty! We hit our quads hard. The backpedal with the sprints, and the mini backward hops after the jump will light them up. The walkouts with the drag are killer on the core and arms. You can use paper plates at home for your feet, I keep a stash in my locker at the gym for this very reason.
