I think one of the biggest misunderstandings in weight loss is how much you CAN eat and SHOULD EAT. Everyone thinks less is more and zero is better. No carbs. No fat. And 20 grams of protein with some celery on the side. Recipe for disaster! Me and Kyle are both "dieting" right now to get leaner, but also to maintain/improve strength. Who wants to take a guess how many calories, carbs, fat or protein grams we are eating each day and steadily loosing bodyfat?
