I want to share with you what happen yesterday morning . Dylan & I stopped at the store to get gas I as usual was running late as Dylan was pondering over what he wanted me telling him to hurry up son I made my way to the register money in hand this man just pushed himself around me and made to the register before me , I was so aggravated , rushed , & mad ,The man had 2 items and was taking forever , why was it taking that long to ring up 2 things? Finally he left the register ( about time) and walked back to the cooler placed his drink back in and then placed his oatmeal pie back on the shelf , I asked the cashier did he not have the money , she shook her head no , I then said i will pay for it, as he was approaching the door the cashier told him I was paying for his things , The look on his face was a look I will never forget . he thanked me several times , and was waiting outside to thank me again and pumped my gas . It felt so great and humbling that a coke and a little Debbie could do so much. BUT the best part of it all was Dylans reaction, Mom I am proud of you , you made that man happy, I have $2 can you stop at another store so I can buy someone something? And the first thing he said this morning is Mom , I have alot of change about $4 can we go to the store so I can pay for someones coke?
