I was just contacted by a family stuck in a hard spot... Their dog, yes it was a pitbull, was playing with the neighbors very little dog... When he played to ruff causing injury to the little dog. Ending in the little dog being put to sleep. Animal care and control assessed the situation and came to the conclusion that the dog IS NOT aggressive. However, the neighbor, who is upset (understandable) continued to fight. Well now the family needs to find a foster for their dog for 3 months. So they can move and take back ownership of the dog. The dog must be gone from there property within 74 hours or he will be PTS... Any long term or short term fosters available? I will be assessing the dog and making sure he is completely safe before I allow him to be placed in foster. Let me know please.. Thanks.
