I was listening to talk radio on 101.5 FM WYDE this afternoon to the Leland Live program in Birmingham, Alabama. Leland and AJ talked about the Utah shooting of a gang member in a Federal Courtroom today. AJ said that he didnt know that Utah had gangs. Leland said that the Mormons take their gangs seriously. Like, the gangs of the polite white shirts vs. the genteel red shirts. Next Leland mentioned the Mormons magic underwear. But, he said he guessed that they were going to make fun of everyone today. AJ said yeah. Later in the show, Leland talked about the Mormon missionaries who ride bikes in short-sleeve, white shirts and ties. He also said that you cant say anything bad about them because they are just so nice. Later, Leland was talking about gas prices going up and that he spent $100 to fill up his pickup truck. Leland joked that he guess that he was going to have to get a bike, a white, short-sleeve shirt, and black tie -- and do the Mormon thing. I thought that this was funny and good publicity for the LDS Church. :)
