I wonder if We the People have standing to file a class action lawsuit against Obama, Reid and Pelosi for Fraud? They lied to Congress, the Press and We the People saying if you like your plan you can keep it. If you like your doctor you can keep your doctor. Your rates will go down by $2500 a year. Those lies got the bill passed. To sue you must show a monetary injury... Check! You must show that you were promised something that the perpetrator didnt deliver... Check Hmmm... I think we are entitle to punitive damages and legal fees too. Let the lawsuits begin! Fraud...
