IM currently doing up some freezer meals ready to return to work from maternity leave. A few questions - has any one done this packet mix with beef, chick thigh or breast? Could I cook a meal in an insert in my 6 liters cooker such as a Pyrex bowl as Im only cooking for 2.5? Any one thats done freezer cooking what was your best turn out using chicken thigh, breast & beef? Im about to head out to gather more ingredients so hopefully ill have a few replies. :)
