INTERFACING WITH THE CAUCUSES - IMPERATIVES! LEADERSHIP, is no longer business as usual, especially in Cross River State, owing to the rising political awareness/enlightenment, orchestrated by the Conscious re-orientation of Cross Riverians by His Excellency, Sen. Liyel Imoke, on the need to elect Leaders with Capacity, Integrity, zeal, empathy etc. For the avoidance of doubt, the interface with the Caucuses, is intended to assess the Psychological or Psychometric abilities of Aspirants. It has availed the Caucuses to gain a greater and better understanding of the Aspirants Intelligences, abilities and personality characteristics, which will help them predict the extent to which they will succeed in the job. The Capacity for: PERSONALITY - ascertaining the behaviour of an individual and the way he/she will be organized and coordinated when he/she interacts with the environment. Examining ones interests, values or work behaviour in a given responsibility.
