.Identity Beliefs. An identity belief is a self-referential idea about ‘who I am.’ Think of a belief as energy vibrating at a particular frequency: D, G, F sharp, C minor, etc. The beliefs I energize (identify with) are the frequencies I emit into the world. Thoughts, emotions, circumstances, and results that vibrate with similar frequency will be reflected back to me as my experience. If I believe I am worthless, incapable, and inferior... experiences that resonate with those particular frequencies will be reflected back to me. If I believe I am worthy, capable, and whole... experiences with those frequencies will be stimulated in my consciousness. The Universe is simply responding to our cue. It is not reacting with an independent agenda. When we upgrade our internal signal, we experience an upgrade in the world around us. The quality of our experience is information flow – showing us what we are currently believing about ourselves. Establish your frequency, independent of your current circumstance, and watch how experience shifts. .Stay Tuned.
