Im so shit at Beltless High Bar Paused Squats! But Im getting better. These are definitely my weak link. Im progressing, but its difficult. Heres the top sets from tonights Squats and Bench. Its not nice training at 8pm when Im used to training at 8am either. High Bar Paused Squat 165kg x 1 155kg x 3 Bench Press 135kg x 1 147.5kg x 3 122.5kg x 3x3 Please excuse the horseshit camera work. No plates shown on bench!
