Im sure everyone who is reading this has been up for a few hours but this topic has been on my mind for a little while. 5 Healthy Morning Habits 1. Wake up. I know, sounds silly, but just getting up at a regular and consistent hour is healthy. Youll feel more relaxed/accomplished when you are up and ready, instead of rushing to get out the door. 2. Drink Water, this helps flush out toxins, fills you up and improves skin. 3. Exercise, even if its for 10 minutes, just getting your blood flowing and heart pumping will put you in a happier mood and help you make healthier choices throughout the day. 4. Eat breakfast. Skipping breakfast often leads to a bigger lunch or snacking later. Give your body energy and proper nutrients early in the day. Try a smoothie, 100% whole wheat toast, apple with nut butter, yogurt with granola. 5. Add vegetables to your breakfast. Try adding spinach to a smoothie or shake. Put mushrooms or asparagus in your eggs. Grate carrots in your muffins or pancakes.
