In December, Jared and I purchased one sofa, two love seats, two chairs, and an ottoman from Ashley Furniture. Sofa is pilling really bad and what do they tell me? -Its because we used blankets on the sofa. -WHAT?! We are in MN and blankets are essential for snuggles on a couch in the cold winters! PLUS no one at the store said anything about not using blankets! *their solution was to send us new cushion covers that were the wrong size via UPS... **my solution is to bring the cushions to the store tomorrow with the small covers and give them the honors of shoving the cushions while I explain to them about proper customer service
