In case you didnt catch it Im disabled ftom a spine injury it 97 and 2 years ago my spinal cord buckled and pinched all the nerves to my head. So I decided to get a handycap placard which my doctor signed for. So I went to Oceanside DMV and was put in a handy capped line to get a number and got my number and sat and waited while the only person dealing with us went to lunch. Another woman sat down at the desk and did nothing and finaly a couple who came in an hour after me went up to her and she took them 7 numbers early and when they finished I went up and told her that I had a lower number and she took them early and she said yes I did and to sit down. Were talking about people who are disabled and cant sit long waiting for hours, while the rest of the people had 12 lines, being served. So a hunk walks past all the lines and up to her and she served him. After an hour and forty minuets I threw my app in the drop box and came to work. I hate DMV and the perceived Gods that they are.
