In the awful wake of what happened in Paris, many should re-think before they speak out, while making satirical jabs and pokes. Some would argue that it is freedom of speech, but the freedom of speech clause to our 1st amendment, is not worldwide accepted. Though adopted by the UN in 1948, its international law is not binding with all countries. Speaking out against a religion, is considered blasphemy by many. We cannot blame the sins of some, nor a religion or race of people, for those who would rather do harm. Our entire world is sitting on a time bomb that has severe ramifications facing it, if we dont begin to recognize the consequences of our actions. Its devastating and heartbreaking that innocent souls had to perish for entertaining the masses. May they rest in peace.
