Incredibly slept-on yet classic track by J-Live Satisfied, his sarcastic, emotional rhetoric for the ideology that The grass is always greener on the other side (as illustrated with the unusually high singing-vocals). Yet, I actually hope to defy this reality that we are all doomed to misery and grief, that J-Live consistently alludes to, by making several unconventional adjustments in my life. This song does, after all, hold tremendous truth. Though of course, my favorite part to this song is the hook, defined in a random assortment of blessings and curses for people of different walks of life, yet everyone mysteriously is doomed to the same hopeless outcome: The poor get worked, the rich get richer The world gets worse, do you get the picture? The poor gets dead, the rich get depressed The ugly get mad, the pretty get stressed The ugly get violent, the pretty get gone The old get stiff, the young get stepped on Whoever told you that it was all good lied So throw your fists up if you not satisfied. Awesome! https://youtube/watch?v=aCRIuq56Pss
