Internal Sales Exec - to $70K + S + Comm OTE - $100-110K Our client provides cloud based business software to the SME market and are seeking a switched on and enthusiastic individual to join their dynamic team based near St Leonards. They want someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service with that natural sales flair. This is a key position reporting directly to the Business Unit General Manager within a team of motivated sales professionals. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional phone based sales engagement and support in converting free software trials into paying customers. Your responsibilities include: Present the software features & benefits confidently over the phone Making a large volume of outbound sales calls Convert free software trials into paying customers Follow up on expired free trial customers Up-selling existing customers Successfully qualify sales leads Weekly & Monthly Sales reporting Liaise with technical teams (internal & external) Assuming responsibility for the entire sales process Continually build knowledge of all aspects of the software Ensure the overall customer experience is always a positive one Ad hoc duties You will need to have A proven solutions based Sales track record within the IT Field and or experience with ERP software Ability to present the software features and benefits confidently on the phone Ability to make large volume of calls per day Ability to qualify sales opportunities throughout the entire process Positive attitude and pro-active approach to customer issues Highly motivated, comfortable and the ability to be autonomous Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Exposure to business / accounting software (experience with Netsuite software would be highly valued) Sound technical knowledge, very comfortable with computers. High attention to detail, process oriented Excellent organisational & time management skills Punctual, reliable and a good attitude This role requires a dynamic & driven sales professional confident in B2B sales. You will also need to have outstanding communication skills and be naturally tech savvy. You will report directly to the Operations Manager and their is definite scope to progress within this fantastic role. This role not only includes a fantastic base salary but fantastic incentives.
