Investigator – Special Investigations Unit Humana is searching for Investigators nationwide to manage large caseloads of non-complex fraud cases and provide expertise in their assigned lines of business. Investigators are primarily aligned to support investigations within a specific line of business with additional geographic alignment within the segment. They will oversee non-complex investigations, assist the Special Investigators on complex or high profile fraud investigations, and generate ideas for proactively detecting fraudulent activity. Investigators will build relationships with the market to which they are aligned to develop effective communication and share information as well as identify trends across the business segment or geographic area. This is a work at home position. Major Responsibilities Manage large caseload of non-complex fraud investigations Identify fraud schemes and trends within their assigned line of business, geographic region, or across specialties Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the business and market offices in their assigned regions Support Special Investigators on complex fraud cases as needed Collaborate with analysts and other investigative teams
