It appears PrinterPix has no business plan for the future other than take the money and run. (which may have been the business plan all along) I placed my order over 60 days ago directly from the company to get the gift in time for Christmas so my credit card company will take no action. Some may still have that recourse, or if bought through Groupon or Living Social I can see how with some insistence get a refund or at least a credit for future purchases. My only satisfaction now is spreading the word on social media and replying to their endless offers (their advertising department is still at work) with a prepared text that includes the worthless ticket number they assigned my complaint.
