It has been an exciting Epiphany today. A tiny boppli was brought into this world early at 32 weeks, adding to our extended family, since he is the nephew of a very dear friend. Praying for health and strength for this little boy! We are also waiting for a major cold front to hit with some very cold weather and possibly some snow, so the air has been charged today for sure and for certain! Grocery shopping done, granola made, worked on typing up Grandpa’s journals, worked on the pile of sewing projects and was busy all day with nervous energy! Supper will be eggplant and hot dog casserole over rice (trust me, it sounds weird but it’s delicious!) with eggplant from our garden, fresh veggies and pickles and olives (LOVE having all these wonderful homemade things in our pantry and freezers! So worth the work, to be able to open up a bit of summer in the dead of winter!) with cracker pudding for dessert. Yum!! ~};0)
