It is downright balmy today in Ellicott City; lets keep the warm up going with these specials made by my son Mike: -Chicken Pot Pie (Blue GFCFSF EF NF FF) All natural chicken breast (no antibiotics, steroids or hormones), our own all natural chicken stock, organic chicken stock, organic corn, organic green beans, organic peas, organic carrots and organic onions in our thick sauce; seasoned to perfection and topped with our very own flaky pie crust (Jennifer knocked it out of the park with the crust) We sold out yesterday, we made more, but going fast! -Minestrone Soup (Blue GFCFSF EF NF FF) All natural tomato based broth with organic chicken stock, organic tomato, organic corn, organic green beans, organic peas, organic carrots, organic onions finished with organic brown rice noodles and organic fresh basil~yum! I am normally not a fan of minestrone soup, but this is fantastic; Mike did a great job! -Pulled Pork BBQ Sandwich (Blue GFCFSF EF NF FF) It is back, and on our regular menu but we keep selling out, so we tried to make enough to get through the weekend! Served on our homemade white bun, with chips and our homemade coleslaw. (slaw is on the side) -In the Bakery: -Pineapple Upside Down Cakes: Blue GFCFSF EF NF FF V CrnF -Strawberry Shortcakes: Blue or Green and both are CrnF -Whoopie Pies: Blue GFCFSF EF NF FF V -Carrot Cake Parfaits: Everyone loves a parfait; said the donkey to Shrek....Green Menu...our carrot cake crumbled and layered with whipped cream. -All the usual cupcakes and cookies, fudge brownies and more!
