It is with great regret but due to unforeseen circumstances this weekend we have had to cancel all orders with Raw2paw Pet Foods. This Business is no longer trading as off 26/01/2015 I really do appreciate all your orders and staying with the business through all the changes recently, but there are a few changes that I am not willing to make within the business and therefore after giving it a considerable amount of thought I am closing. Any orders that have been paid for already will receive a full refund. If you have a paid order with us could you email back your bank details, all money will be refunded as of tomorrow, all card payments will have a refund issued where possible, we will be going through the paperwork Monday to get in touch with everyone who has an orders with us. I completely understand that this is going to be inconveniencing a lot of you especially those that were expecting orders this week and I have taken all that into account when making this decision, Bulmer have decided a refund would be better, as there will never be a good week for this to go ahead we have decided sooner is better.
